every Tuesday between 2-4pm
at Fire Station #32, 8905 Koch Field Rd.
For the months of August- October they will also be distributing food on SATURDAYS from 2-4pm
Summit Fire and Medical District proudly serves the communities of Doney Park, Timberline/Fernwood, Fort Valley, and many others within our 95 square mile District. We provide emergency response as well as a host of other services.
Our Fire District is proud to provide an exemplary level of emergency response. All of our staff are State Certified EMT-B or Paramedics as well as fully certified structural and wildland firefighters. We provide “All-Hazard” Fire and EMS response around the clock, 24/7, 365.
Residential Open Burns

Open burning is the practice of safe and proper disposal of waste vegetation and other unwanted materials as regulated by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ).
Summit Fire and Medical District is no longer approved to issue a Burn Permit to residents. A residential open burn application through ADEQ must be completed annually and then residents must fill out the notification form online everyday you would like to burn. This includes your name and address and ADEQ burn permit number. These notifications will be shared with the On-Duty Battalion Chief and Forest Service Dispatch to alert for possible smoke in your area.
